We are here to provide honest, unbiased guidance. We not here to poach anyone’s job—we are here to add value to your existing setup (even players on the tour nowadays have 2 or 3 coaches). Our purpose is to offer parents and coaches simple, objective advice on what is truly needed for their player to be prepared for the future.
Sending your player or child to a well known academy, or if they are recruited by a national association, does not guarantee they will receive proper attention and care. Academies survive on numbers and seldom receive personal attention. They will be placed in a group led by a coach, likely in their late 20's or early 30's, whose main priority is simply getting through the day. At academies like these, the future of the player is often not a primary concern. Enrolling in such programs does come with some benefits, however, with our guidance—knowing what questions to ask, what standards to demand, and tracking your players daily routine, they will be getting the complete package.
