Meet our team

Our team consists of all former professional players!  We provide invaluable insights into technique, effective practice methods and the mental side of the game.  No aspect of the sport is beyond our knowledge, why not benefit from our wealth of experience?

Wayne Black

Former ATP Player

Wayne knows what it means to play at the top level of this sport.  He has won two men's doubles Grand Slam titles at the 2001 US Open and 2005 Australian Open as well as two Grand Slam mixed doubles titles at the 2002 French Open and 2004 Wimbledon Championships with sister Cara Black. He was a top 100 singles player and reached his career-high doubles ranking of World number 4 on 31 January 2005. After retiring, he coached his children to a high level in the juniours and then joined the ATP tour as the coach of Miomir Kecmanovic and now Marc Lajal.

Former WTA player

Cara has won five Grand Slam women's doubles titles in her career: Wimbledon 2004, 2005, and 2007; Australian Open 2007; and US Open 2008. She has also won five Grand Slam mixed doubles titles, two of them, Wimbledon and the French Open, partnering with her brother Wayne.  She won three further titles in partnership with Leander Paes, the 2008 US Open, the 2010 Australian Open and the 2010 Wimbledon Championships.  A former World number 1 in doubles and number 31 in singles, Cara is now coaching on the WTA tour passing on her wealth of experience at the top of the game.

Wayne Ferriera

Former ATP Professional

Wayne won 15 ATP singles titles and 11 doubles titles. His career-high rankings were world No. 6 in singles (in May 1995) and world No. 9 in doubles (in March 2001). He is is the former record-holder for the most consecutive Grand Slam tournament appearances in men's tennis, having participated in 56 consecutive slams and has reached the semi finals of the Australian Open twice.  He now coaches on the ATP tour and has worked with players such as Frances Tiafoe and Jack Draper.

Neville Godwin

Former ATP Professional

Neville is a former top 100 ATP player who has reached the 4th Round at Wimbledon and has 1 ATP title as a player. He now coaches on the ATP tour and has coached players such as Kevin Anderson and Alexei Popyrin.
